Who Am I?
As someone who has worked in Customer Service their entire career, I have developed an intuitive ability to decipher the mentality of others. As a result, I can empathize and communicate with people on a multitude of different levels. As a User Experience Designer, I get to apply my unique set of skills with my passions for problem-solving with the end goal of creating projects that are enjoyable, easy, and efficient for anyone and everyone to use.
When i’m not sitting with my cat coworkers at my desk, you can usually find me catching a movie/tv show , working on my Dutch or ASL, or catching a plane to the kind of far flung destination that requires a passport.
